RE : What should I do after installing the Cartridge, but the printer doesn't recognize it?

Please check if your inkjet cartridge has been installed correctly and the chip has firm contact with your printer.

* Please remember never touch the chip in the cartridge.

You may need uninstall and reinstall it.
